An 18-year-old who had his car towed allegedly stole the car from the tow company on Saturday. Andrew Gullman stole his vehicle back from on the 3000 block of Winkle Avenue in Santa Cruz. Gullman was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft, conspiracy to commit a crime, second-degree burglary and misdemeanor vandalism.
