A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting last week in Salinas. 18 year-old Guadalupe Rosas is believed to have shot and killed Jess Gonzales near the intersection of North Main and Massa Streets. Rosas was booked into Monterey County Jail. Anyone with information about the Thursday march 23rd shooting is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
