A decorated Presidio Of Monterey Police Officer has been arrested in connection with some alleged sexual acts with a child, that reportedly took place nearly 20 years ago. All acts are linked to 1 day….August 20th of 1998. 48 year-old Joseph Ramnauth faces 7 felony charges.
