A 63 year-old Watsonville man was arrested today, for soliciting a lewd act in a public place yesterday. That after he alleged offered to pay a mother so he could sexually interact with her children. The mom told the man to go away, and then she reportedly took a picture of him, and his vehicle and called the Watsonville Police Department.
