A man was arrested in Scotts Valley after he reportedly forced his way into a locked business (that was closed due to the Shelter-In-Place order). Jonathan Zack argued with the employees inside saying they shouldn’t be closed. He also argued and fought with his arresting officers. Zack was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
