Man Arr In Sand City 07/23/19B 12:33 S.S.

A  man  was  arrested  yesterday  in  Sand  City.  That  after  Rogillo  Ensoy  Mamon was  found  to  be  in  possession  of  drugs  and  cash during  a  probation  compliance search.  He  was  booked  into  Monterey  County  Jail.
