A 21 year-old man was arrested in Salinas, after he dropped a loaded handgun as he ran from Salinas police officers Tuesday night. Jose Alfredo Mexicano now faces charges of resisting arrest, probation violation, multiple gun charges, and a shelter-in-place violation.
