A man, who is accused of killing his estranged wife in Madera on Tuesday, was arrested in Marina later that same day. Julio Garay reportedly shot and killed the mother of his children (as she protected the 3 kids…..all of which were younger than 7 years-old). Garay was booked into Madera County Jail.
