A 34 year-old man has been arrested for burglarizing a Santa Cruz Police Ranger’s house….while the ranger and his wife were home. Paul Gross allegedly threatened the ranger’s wife with a baseball bat as he was leaving the garage. Gross road away on a bicycle and was caught a short ways away. He was arrested for residential burglary and robbery. Gross was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
