A 38 year-old man has been arrested for stealing a pick-up truck from cal-fire in Monterey county….and leading law enforcement officers on high speed chase in Santa Barbara county with it. The truck has also been connected with a string of thefts in Monterey, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara counties. Donald Schellinger was booked into Santa Barbara county jail on a variety of charges including felony reckless evading, vehicle theft and parole violation.
