A man, who reportedly shot at several people outside a Watsonville house over the weekend, has been arrested. Stephen Vitela is believed to have fired several rounds in the vicinity of where a mother and her child were in a car in the driveway of the Center Street home. Anyone with information on this case is encouraged to contact the Watsonville Police Department.
