It’s been nearly 6 years since Adrian ”AJ” Gonzalez killed 8 year-old Madyson “Maddy” Middleton (on July 26th of 2015)….and today he pleaded guilty to all of the charges against him. Those charges included kidnapping, sexual assault, and murder. He was 15 years-old when he committ ed what the Assistant District Attorney of Santa Cruz county said was a “slow, “torturous” death. Gonzalez, who could not be charged as an adult due to state law, is scheduled to be sentenced April 27th, and he could be eligible for release in 4 years (when he turns 25 years-old).
