(18:40) SANTA CRUZ- Family members of the slain 8 year old Santa Cruz girl, Maddy Middleton are planning a memorial. Relatives have launched a fund raising website to finance a statue or memorial plaque to remember the girl. Middleton was abducted and murdered at the Tannery complex in 2015. Authorities arrested and charged then 15 year old Adrian Gonzales with the crime.
