A group of motorcyclists, who are travelling around the country to honor officers who died in the line of duty in 2020, stopped in Santa Cruz Friday. They were there to pay tribute to Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Sergeant Damon Gutzwiller, who was killed June 6th….when he and several other officers were ambushed in Ben Lomond. The motorcyclists taking part in the “Beyond The Call Of Duty, End Of Watch Ride To Remember, plan to travel 22,300 miles in 84 days….to honor the 338 law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty in 2020.
