In business news… high bay area rents are plummeting as city living becomes less desirable during the age of Covid 19.
According to the agency “Apartment List” San Francisco has seen the steepest decline in the nation… with rents falling almost 18-percent. San Jose fell 9-point-five percent, Oakland and Fremont both just over 6-percent.
The four bay area cities are among the most expensive cities in the nation and among the top 10 to see falling rents. The median price for an apartment in san Jose is 2,thousand-170-dollars.
