The Community Foundation for Monterey County awarded a grant for a surf club, hosted by Los Padres Elementary School teachers.
The grant is $2,500, and will be used to acquire additional surfing equipment such as surf boards or wet suits.
This grant is part of the Neighborhood Grants Program offered by the Community Foundation for Monterey County.
