L-O-O-L-A WOULD LIKE AN AREA OF 20TH AVENUE BEACH, AND BETWEEN 20TH AND MORAN LAKE AVENUEs, MADE AVAILABLE FOR OFF-LEASH USE. THE HOURS OF PROPOSED use would be: SUNRISE TO 10 A-M AND 4 P-M unTIL SUNSET. THE MEETING IS AT THE SIMPKINS SWIM CENTER, 979 17TH AVENUE, TONIGHT AT 7 P-M.
