A lockdown at a Salinas school was lifted a short-time after it was put in place. The lockdown was put in place at Oasis Charter School today, after Angel Roman Montez tried to get into the school, while fleeing from law enforcement officers. Montez was arrested and booked into Monterey County Jail.
