HWY 101 CRASH KILLS 1/ SERIOUSLY INJURES 6 vs

A head-on crash took the life of 1 woman, and seriously injured 6 others Monday morning on highway 101. The collision took place in the San Martin area, and is being blamed on An allegedly drunk driver going the wrong way at 3:35 a.m. . The 45-year-old fatality has not been identified. 30-year-old Graciela Plascencia, (from Gilroy) was arrested after being treated for cuts and bruises. She was charged with suspicion of felony drunken driving, and gross vehicular manslaughter in connection with the crash.
