Flooding, Road Closures As Heavy Rains Fall On Saturated Ground

Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

 A GROUP OF SALINAS HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WENT TO THE AID OF AN INJURED WOMAN THURSDAY AFTERNOON.   ACCORDING TO SALINAS POLICE, THE WOMAN WHO IS IN HER 60’S WAS WALKING IN FRONT OF THE SCHOOL, WHEN SHE TRIPPED AND FELL, THEN STARTED BLEEDING PROFUSELY FROM A GASH IN HER FOREHEAD.  A GROUP OF STUDENTS, CALLED FIRST RESPONDERS THEN RAN TO HER AID, ATTEMPTING TO SLOW THE BLEEDING AND CALMING HERUNTIL MEDICAL HELP ARRIVED.  THE STUDENTS ALL WENT BACK TO CLASS BEFORE THEY COULD BE THANKED BY THE WOMAN.
