2 people were arrested saturday at lake san antonio.      monterey county sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of individuals stripping a boat at the south county lake.   upon arriving on the scene they encountered 49 year old danny nelson and 28 year old roseann  davis.    a search of nelson’s vehicle turned up electronics from the boat, as well as methamphetamine and paraphenalia. the 2 were booked into monterey county jail on theft and drug charges.
