Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

A SCOTT’S VALLEY RESIDENT AND BUSINESS OWNER WAS ARRESTED ON FRIDAY.     THE ARREST RESULTED FROM AN INVESTIGATION OF AN INCIDENT EARLIER IN THE WEEK,  THAT LED POLICE TO BELIEVE THAT A GUNSHOT HAD BEEN FIRED AT A BUSINESS ON THE 48 HUNDRED BLOCK OF SCOTT’S VALLEY DRIVE.  THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS 44 YEAR OLD JAMES DAVIS DENIED ANY KNOWLEDGE OF A GUNSHOT.  AFTER POLICE LEARNED THAT DAVIS WAS UNDER A RESTRAINING ORDER THAT PROHIBITS FIREARM POSSESSION, A SEARCH WARRANT WAS OBTAINED, AND POLICE SEIZED 4 HANDGUNS, 2 RIFLES, A SHOTGUN, FIREWORKS AND DRUGS.   DAVIS WAS BOOKED IN TO SANTA CRUZ COUNTY JAIL.
