Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

2 people were arrested in connection with the fire that BURNED NEXT to the FISHHOOK intersection of highways one and 17. witnesses called in a description of a woman seen fleeing the scene of the fire. santa cruz police picked up a man running from the fire holding a BUTANE lighter. 30 year old, KELLY NICHOLE hawkins was taken into custody near the homeless shelter, she  and 49 year, edward swienton were booked into santa cruz county jail on arson charges.  apparently hawkins was angry about her van being towed from THE AREA.
