A  BADLY  DECOMPOSED  BODY,   THAT  WAS  FOUND  IN  NATIVIDAD  CREEK  PARK IN  SALINAS  OVER  THE  WEEKEND,   IS  THOUGHT  TO  POSSIBLY BE  THAT  OF  A   SALINAS  WOMAN  (WHO  DISAPPEARED  ON  THANKSGIVING).     A  D-N-A SAMPLE  FROM  THE  REMAINS  HAS  BEEN  SENT  TO  THE  DEPARTMENT  OF  JUSTICE FOR  POSITIVE  IDENTIFICATION,  AND  LETICIA  MORALES-SOTO’S FAMILY  HAS  BEEN  NOTIFIED  OF  THESE  RECENT  DEVELOPMENTS.     RAFAEL  CARBALLO,    WHO  IS  THOUGHT  TO  HAVE  KILLED  MORALES-SOTO  (AND  THEN  FLED  TO  MEXICO),  IS  STILL  BEING  SOUGHT.
