the monterey county district attorney’s office announced it is PREPARING to re -try 41 YEAR OLD PATRICK FOUSEK.   fousek WAS CONVICTED for felony child endangerment AND SENTENCED TO 6 YEARS IN PRISON, AFTER He AND HIS GIRLFRIEND, 23 YEAR OLD SAMANTHA TOMASINI, TRIED TO SELL THEIR 8 MONTH OLD BABY FOR 25 DOLLARS, IN THE WALMART PARKING LOT,  3 years ago.  the conviction was over turned,  friday on a TECHNICALITY.  THE  D-a’s office plans on ARRAIGNing fousek within the next 30 days.
