2 ARMED ROBBERIES IN SALINAS SATURDAY NIGHT APPEAR TO BETHE WORK OF ONE MAN. THE FIRST ROBBERY OCCURRED AT AN ALISAL STREET PIZZA PLACE WHEN A HISPANIC MAN IN HIS 20’S, DRESSED IN BLACK PANTS AND A BLACK HOODY, APPROACHED THE CASHIER WITH A SHOTGUN AND TOOK AN UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT OF CASH. A FEW MINUTES LATER SHORTLY BEFORE 7 P-M THE SAME SUSPECT ROBBED A MARKET ON SANBORN ROAD. THE SUSPECT IS ABOUT 6’ TALL AND WEIGHS AROUND 200 LBS. ANYONE WITH ANY INFORMATION IS URGED TO CONTACT THE SALINAS POLICE DEPARTMENT.
