THE INMATE, WHO WAS MISTAKENLY RELEASED LAST WEEK, IS BACK IN CUSTODY.   18 YEAR OLD JOSE ROCHA WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TRANSPORTED TO JUVENILE HALL ON JUNE 5TH, INSTEAD HE WAS SET FREE. MONTEREY COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES PICKED ROCHA, UP EARLY THIS (TUESDAY) MORNING, AT HIS LISTED ADDRESS IN SHERWOOD TRAILER PARK. HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO JUVENILE HALL TO RESUME SERVING HIS SENTENCE.
