Flooding, Road Closures As Heavy Rains Fall On Saturated Ground

A PEDESTRIAN WAS STRUCK BY SEVERAL ROUNDS OF GUNFIRE ON SATURDAY NIGHT, WHILE HE WAS WALKING ALONG THE 17 HUNDRED BLOCK OF KENNETH STREET IN SEASIDE.  POLICE ARRIVED TO FIND AN ADULT MALE, WITH NON-LIFE THREATENING INJURIES.  HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO AN UNKNOWN CENTER FOR TREATMENT.
