Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

A  7  YEAR-OLD  BOY  WAS  TREATED  AND  RELEASED  FROM  A  SALINAS  HOSPITAL  LAST  NIGHT,  AFTER  HE  WAS  HIT BY  A  CAR,  WHILE  RIDING HIS  BICYCLE.     THE   INCIDENT  REPORTEDLY  OCCURRED  WHEN  THE  BOY  RODE  HIS  BIKE  OUT  IN  FRONT  OF  SEVERAL  CARS  AROUND  7 P-M  ON  CLAY  STREET IN  SALINAS.

THE DRIVER  OF  THE  CAR (THAT  HIT THE BOY)  DID  NOT  APPEAR (to  witnesses)  TO BE  NEGLIGENT  IN  THIS  ACCIDENT,   ALTHOUGH  THE  INCIDENT  IS  STILL  BEING  INVESTIGATED.
