A MAN WAS ARRESTED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE AFTER HE RAN HIS WIFE OVER OUTSIDE THEIR HOME IN SALINAS.   REPORTEDLY 34-YEAR-OLD JESUS CASTRO AND HIS WIFE HAD RETURNED TO THEIR HOUSE IN THE 1500 BLOCK OF DURAN CIRCLE AFTER A PARTY AROUND 2 A-M AND WERE ARGUING.    CASTRO HOPPED INTO HIS TRUCK TO END THE ARGUMENT AND DRIVE OFF, RAN OVER HIS WIFE AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED POLICE TO REPORT THE INCIDENT.   HIS WIFE WAS THEN FLOWN TO A BAY AREA TRAUMA CENTER WITH SERIOUS INJURIES THAT ARE CONSIDERED LIFE THREATENING.
