SANTA CRUZ POLICE ARE WARNING, THAT THERE IS A SEXUAL PREDATOR, TARGETING FEMALE JOGGERS. ON MONDAY THERE WERE 2 separate INCIDENTS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT REPORTED.  ACCORDING TO BOTH VICTIMS, WHO WERE RUNNING ON THE WESTSIDE OF SANTA CRUZ, WHEN THE WOMEN PASSED A YOUNG HISPANIC JOGGING THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, HE TURNED AND GROPED THEM.  WOMEN ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION AND IF POSSIBLE RUN WITH A PARTNER.
