A SAN JOSE WOMAN WAS ARRESTED WEDNESDAY AFTER SHE REAR ENDED A CHEVY SUBURBAN WITH 7 YOUNG GIRLS IN IT WHILE DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE.    AROUND 5:45 P-M 28-YEAR-OLD INEZ PEREZ WAS DRIVING HER AUDI SOUTH ON HIGHWAY 1 NEAR MORRISSEY WHEN SHE ENCOUNTERED STOPPED TRAFFIC.   PEREZ SMASHED THE SUBURBAN IN FRONT OF HER AT MORE THAN 85 MILES PER HOUR.    THE PASSENGERS IN THE SUBURBAN WERE UNINJURED IN THE CRASH, PEREZ WAS TAKEN TO AN AREA HOSPITAL TO TREAT HER MINOR INJURIES AND THEN ARRESTED ON SUSPICION OF D.U.I.
