The santa cruz county sheriff’s department held a news conference today (Thursday) in felton. The NEWS conference was HELD to Raise awareness as well as to ENLIST THE help of the public with the apprehension of a fugitive, 42 year old Dmitri storm. Storm is WHITE, he HAS blond hair, and blue eyes, he is 5 foot 10 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He is suspected of stealing at least 10 cars and burglarizing another 40. the sheriff’s department says he is considered arMed and dangerous and should not be confronted, residents are urged to call 911 if the fugitive is spotted there is a 5 hundred dollar reward, for information leading to his arrest.
