HIGH TECH GIANTS ARE LEADING THE OPPOSITION TO A NEW BILL AUTHORED BY ASSEMBLYWOMAN BONNIE LOWENTHAL.    THE MEASURE (KNOWN AS AB-1291) WOULD GIVE CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS THE RIGHT TO KNOW HOW THEIR INFORMATION IS BEING CLASSIFIED, AND WHO IS USING IT.    POWERFUL LOBBYING BY GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, THE BANKING INDUSTRY, AND OTHER HIGH TECH COMPANIES HAS MOVED THE ORIGNAL HEARING DATE FOR THE INTERNET PRIVACY BILL, FROM LAST WEEK TO NEXT MONTH, ALLEGEDLEY TO GIVE THEM MORE TIME TO KILL THE BILL.
