close to 3 dozen aptos residents voiced concerns over the aptos blue development.   the residents met with county OFFICIALS and representatives of the project DEVELOPER, THE midpen housing corporation, the angry residents have just became aware that the low income housing project, across from rancho del mar shopping center, will have five RESIDENCES set aside for mentally disabled households. the community members are upset because of the provision regarding  the mentally disabled housing was added after the project received preliminary approval, and was not part of the initial proposal.
