Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

3  PEOPLE  WERE  ARRESTED  THIS  MORNING  IN SALINAS.     THAT  AFTER  AN  ACCIDENT  NEAR  GABILAN  AND  MAIN STREETS IN  SALINAS.       22  YEAR-OLD  DRIVER  VICTORIA  ALVAREZ,  REPORTEDLY  HAD  A  BLOOD  ALCOHOL  LEVEL  3  TIMES  THE  LEGAL LIMIT WHEN  SHE  HIT  A  PLANTER  BOX  HEAD-ON  IN  THE  CENTER  DIVIDER.     SHE  WAS  REPORTEDLY  SPEEDING  AT  THE  TIME  OF  THE ACCIDENT.      HER  3  PASSENGERS (2  OF  WHOM  WERE   SO  INTOXICATED,  THEY  WERE  DETERMINED  NOT  BE  ABLE  TO  TAKE  CARE  OF  THEMSELVES)  SUFFERED  ONLY  MINOR  INJURIES.  ALVAREZ,  ALONG  WITH  21  YEAR-OLD PASSENGERS  FELICIA  QUINTERO,  AND  AARON  CHACON, WERE  ALL  BOOKED  INTO  MONTEREY  COUNTY JAIL.
