A  35  YEAR-OLD  MAN,   WHO  POSED  AS  ANOTHER INMATE  SO  HE  COULD  BE  RELEASED  EARLY,   WAS  RE-ARRESTED  EARLY  THIS  MORNING.      JESSE  WARREN  PARSONS WAS  MISTAKENLY  RELEASED  FROM SANTA  CRUZ  COUNTY  JAIL MARCH  22ND,  WHEN  JAIL  STAFF  DID  NOT  STICK  TO  THE  PROCEDURE  OF  CONFIRMING  AN  INMATES  IDENTITY  BEFORE  RELEASING  HIM.   PARSONS WAS  RE-ARRESTED  IN  THE  HARVEY  WEST  PARK AREA  AROUND  2:45  A-M  THIS  MORNING.      HE  WAS  BOOKED  BACK  INTO  SANTA  CRUZ COUNTY  JAIL.
