Two Rescued from Water 4.9.13 7.05a AF

Rough winds caused a boat to flip near the Santa Cruz Harbor on Sunday, requiring the rescue of two people.        A man and woman were recovered from the water after the 22-foot sailboat they were on capsized.     Harbor patrol picked up the people uninjured, though the boat could not immediately be towed due to high winds and choppy water.
