THE FORMER SEASIDE MAN WHO INTENTIONALLY DROVE HIS VEHICLE INTO A WALMART ON EASTER ALSO CRASHED INTO A CHEVRON IN SAN JOSE LAST YEAR.     33-YEAR-OLD HAMID ZAID WAS ARRAIGNED THURSDAY ON CHARGES OF ATTEMPTED MURDER, ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, HIT AND RUN, FELONY VANDALISM AND RECKLESS DRIVING AND COULD SERVE LIFE IN PRISON IF CONVICTED.    LAST SUNDAY’S CRASH HAPPENED AT 11 A.M. FOLLOWING SEVERAL PEOPLE WITNESSING ZAID DRIVING RECKLESSLY.
