A  SALINAS  MAN,   WHO  HAS  BEEN  ON  THE  RUN  FOR  2  DAYS,   TURNED  HIMSELF  IN  THIS  AFTERNOON  AT  A  MORGAN  HILL  POLICE  STATION.        27  YEAR-OLD  DELBERT  ROBLES TURNED  HIMSELF  IN  AT  1:15  P.M.  TODAY  SAYING   HE  KNEW  HE  WAS  WANTED  BY  SALINAS  POLICE  OFFICERS,   FOR  EVADING  CAPTURE  DURING  MONDAY’S  STANDOFF IN  THE  FIRST  BLOCK  OF  SHERWOOD  DRIVE,  AND  ALSO  FOR  ROBBING  A  WOMAN EARLY  THIS  MORNING  ON  THE  900 BLOCK  OF  CHAMISE  DRIVE.

ROBLES ALSO  REPORTEDLY  GOT  INTO  A  STANDOFF  2  MONTHS AGO WITH SALINAS POLICE OFFICERS…ALTHOUGH  HE  SURRENDERED  WITHOUT  OPPOSITION  THAT  TIME.
