POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING A SHOOTING THAT INJURED TWO TEEN BOYS ON WEDNESDAY IN SALINAS.     IT HAPPENED JUST AFTER 7 P-M NEAR A CATERING TRUCK OFF MARKET STREET ON KERN STREET.     AN 18-YEAR-OLD BOY WAS TREATED FOR HIS INJURIES AT A LOCAL HOSPITAL AND RELEASED A SHORT TIME LATER.     A 17-YEAR-OLD WAS AIRLIFTED TO A SAN JOSE HOSPITAL FOR A SUBSTANTIAL WOUND TO HIS UPPER LEG AND HIP.      INVESTIGATORS BELIEVE THE SHOOTING IS GANG RELATED, THE SUSPECT IS DESCRIBED AS AN AFRICAN-AMERICAN MALE WITH DREADLOCKS DRIVING A CHAMPAGNE COLORED S.U.V.
