A  SANTA  CRUZ  JAIL   INMATE  WAS  MISTAKENLY  RELEASED  YESTERDAY.       REPORTEDLY   35  YEAR-OLD  JESSE  WARREN  PARSON’S  POSED  AS  ANOTHER  INMATE….AND  THE  GUARD  WHO  RELEASED  HIM  FAILED  TO  FOLLOW  THE  PROPER  PROCEDURE  OF  CONFIRMING  PARSON’S  IDENTITY,  SO  PARSONS  WAS  ALLOWED  TO  WALK  OUT  OF  THE  WATER  STREET  JAIL   IN  SANTA  CRUZ  AROUND  11:45  A-M  FRIDAY.  

PARSONS,  WHO  WAS  ARRESTED  WEDNESDAY  ON  SEVERAL  OUTSTANDING  WARRANTS,  HAS  A  HISTORY  OF  PETTY  THEFTS,  TRESPASSING,  SUBSTANCE  ABUSE,  RESISTING ARREST  AND  DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.      HE  IS  DESCRIBED  AS  BEING   A  6  FOOT  TALL  WHITE  MAN,   WITH  BROWN  HAIR   AND   HAZEL  EYES.       HE  WAS  LAST  SEEN  WEARING  A  LONG-SLEEVED   RED  PLAID  SHIRT,   JEANS  AND  BLACK  SHOES.
