WATSONVILLE POLICE OFFICER ELIZABETH SOUZA WAS INSTRUMENTAL   IN GETTING    2 KIDNAPPED CHILDREN REUNITED WITH THEIR MOTHER.        SOUZA WAS THE OFFICER ON DUTY  2 YEARS AGO  WHO  TOOK THE REPORT OF THE KIDNAPPING.       ON MARCH 1ST OFFICER SOUZA TRAVELED  WITH F-B-I AGENTS  (THAT SHE HAD BEEN ASSISTING ON THE CASE), TO THE U.S. – MEXICAN BORDER,  TO REUNITE THE FAMILY.      

2 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE KIDNAPPING.
