Flooding, Road Closures As Heavy Rains Fall On Saturated Ground

Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

TWO 21-YEAR-OLDS WERE ROBBED IN SALNAS SITTING IN THEIR CAR IN THE 400 BLOCK OF FRONT STREET EARLY THIS MORNING.       JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT TWO HISPANIC MEN WITH GUNS APPROACHED THE VICTIMS AND DEMANDED MONEY. THE SUSPECTS MADE OFF WITH THE VICTIMS’ WALLET AS WELL AS OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY AND RAN TOWARD SAN LUIS STREET.      THEY ARE DESCRIBED AS BETWEEN 20 AND 25 YEARS OLD, 5’7” AND 5’10”, 200 LBS AND ONE WAS WEARING A GRAY SKI MASK.    PERSONS WHO MAY HAVE WITNESSED THE INCIDENT OR HAVE INFORMATION RELATED TO IT ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT THE SALINAS POLICE DEPARTMENT.
