Rehab Closure Means Job Losses 3.19.13 11a AF

Eighty Dominican Hospital employees may lose their jobs as the result of the closure of the hospital’s Frederick Street rehab center.     The hospital unveiled a new $12.6 million acute rehab center in January to replace the older campus.      The nurses, physical therapists, and other employees have been notified, and patients have been referred to other centers.    Dominican says it will help employees to find other positions.
