A ceremony will be held Wednesday night at the California Museum in Sacramento celebrating 8 new inductees into the California Hall of Fame.    One of those being included in the 7th annual ceremony is noted scientist, anthropologist, and former UCSC professor, Gregory Bateson.      Bateson, who died in 1980, is being awarded posthumously for his contributions to research into schizophrenia, family cultural dynamics and a number of other subjects.      Other inductees include actor Warren Beatty, activist Dolores Huearta, and the Warner Brothers.
