Flooding, Road Closures As Heavy Rains Fall On Saturated Ground

Take A Look At Some Local Flooding

A  20  YEAR-OLD  MAN,   WITH  A  RECENT  TRAUMATIC  BRAIN  INJURY,   WAS  REPORTED  MISSING  THIS  MORNING  IN  THE  SCOTTS  VALLEY  AREA.   20  YEAR-OLD  MATT  ABRAHAM LEFT  HIS  GLENWOOD  AREA HOME  BEFORE  DAWN  THIS  MORNING,   AND  IS  THOUGHT  TO  HAVE  HEADED  TOWARD  HENRY  COWELL.   ABRAHAM IS  DESCRIBED  AS  BEING  6  FEET  TALL  AND  WEIGHING  150  POUNDS.    HE  HAS  BLOND  HAIR  AND  IS  LIKELY  TO  BE  WEARING  BLACK  NYLON  SHORTS,  AND  A BLACK  BACKPACK….AS  WELL  AS  RAINBOW  RUNNING  SHOES.    DUE  TO  THE BICYCLE  ACCIDENT  IN  WHICH  HE  WAS  INJURED  SATURDAY,  HE  GETS  CONFUSED  EASILY.  HE  ALSO  MAY  BE  RESTING  A  LOT,  BECAUSE  HE  TIRES  EASILY  SINCE  THE  ACCIDENT TOO.    ANYONE  WITH  ANY  INFORMATION  ON  HIS  WHEREABOUTS  IS  ENCOURAGED  TO  CALL  9-1-1.
