HARTNELL COLLEGE CHILD CARE PROGRAMS ARE FACING BUDGET CUTS.     AT THEIR APRIL 2ND MEETING,  THE  HARTNELL COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IS SCHEDULED TO VOTE ON A NEW PLAN,  DESIGNED TO KEEP THE COLLEGE’S 2 SALINAS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS OPEN….AND PROVIDING CARE FOR THE CHILDREN OF STUDENT PARENTS.     THE CENTERS WHICH ARE CURRENTLY OPERATING (AT A DEFICIT) CARE FOR 150 CHILDREN.
