36 CHIHUAHUAS WERE RESCUED FROM TWO WATSONVILLE HOUSES THIS WEEK.   SANTA CRUZ COUNTY ANIMAL SERVICES WORKERS SEIZED THE CHIHUAHUAS FROM RESIDENTS OF HOMES ON EAST BEACH STREET AND ALEXANDER STREET WHO WERE DESCRIBED AS HOARDERS.   OFFICIALS HAVE NOT YET DECIDED WHETHER ANIMAL NEGLECT CHARGES SHOULD BE FILED, CURRENTLY THE POOCHES ARE IN GOOD HEALTH AND WILL BE PUT UP FOR ADOPTION IN A FEW WEEKS.
