Gilroy Police busted a marijuana grow operation on Obata Way after receiving tips about an unmistakable smell.       Employees and customers of businesses in the area could reportedly smell the plants, and called Gilroy Police.   Somewhere around 250 pounds of pot on the plant was seized at a warehouse on Sunday after police staked out the building, waiting for 4 men to step out.    Harry Sorenson, his son Harry M. Sorenson, Theodore Borns, and Daniel Genovese were arrested for cultivation of marijuana.    The street value of the pot is estimated to be between 100 and 150 thousand dollars.
